Ouch.  Sorry to hear you crashed on Friday.  Take it easy and don't rush it.  The first few days are the worst but it can take a while for those bones to fuse and that can't be rushed.  Welcome to the lumpy bone club...

Don...thanks for passing the title along to Lonny and the input. Trying to follow it and take it easy and I have ordered Super Dave's bone healer pills....
