I dunno about you guys, but it's been a LONG time since I've had that much fun out drinking  ;D  I think I took a pretty big chunk out of my racing budget last night... but at least I got a nifty pair of shoes out of it   :P

Holy sheezus dude I'm still hurtin' right now... but I don't think I'd trade it  ;)

So when're we doing this again?

Ya I spent the day lying on the couch.

DanO was, shall I say, "purging" himself on the way home last night out the back of Drew's car... so I don't think he made it into the show until late   :o

Highlights of the night were the KingPin-Racing crew getting kicked-out of the club for tennis shoes....then proceeding to throw a brick through the window of a local shoe-store....and then showing back up at the bar w/ some 'discounted' super-fly scuffer's.
I would have just used black duct tape over my tenny's.....but that's just me ;D

...that and DanO getting slapped every time he whispered in a chicks ear :D

Gotta give a shout out to Tez for making sure my drunk'd azz mad it back to the hotel @ 6am....i'd be in Chicago PD's  drunk-tank if not.

Was a blast finally meeting & partying w/ all you guys that had the matching shoes :D

...We will do it again soon! 8)

the 'shoe incident' didn't involve any thefts...well, maybe not. imho, the prices they were forced to pay under the circumstances for them things, could've been deemed 'extortion'.

LOL... relax Dawn ;)  If we did something like that, do you think we'd have posted or told anyone about it?  We're definitely capable of doing a LOT of stupid stuff... fortunately the only "stupid" things we do that would be considered illegal typically involve doing something on a motorcycle that the local police department happens to frown upon  ;D

Just to set the record straight... no windows, storefronts, or clerks were injured in the Kingpin Racing Shoe Scandal.  In fact, 2 20-year-old shoe clerks made out pretty well for sticking around past midnight, and reopening the store for a bunch of drunk bozos.  ;)  If anyone was extorted here, I think it was Kingpin Racing... LOL...

If you ever need a pimp set of shoes, go see the guys down at ALDO, at Rush and Oak.  Tell 'em Jim, Dan, Mike and Drew from KPR sent ya  ;D

We drank lots.

We spent even more.

I know my portion of the bill for the evening is well over $200, not including entry fees and tips to the  Kendall's staff, the shoes, or the aforementioned 'extortion' from the shoe clerks.  And that DOESN'T include what Dan, Mike, Drew, or 'baller spent.  Downtown is fuggin' expensive!!!

You get what you pay for though  ;D  Did a little research at work today, and it turns out that "La Passage" is considered one of the top 50 clubs in the country.  So that explains why just about every female in the place was, uh, "attractive".

Let's do this again some time.  Just give me a few months to let my wallet recouperate.

That's one thing that I've always tried to do for my true friends. Whenever they come to the Windy City, I always show them a good time. I just can't have it any other way. If you had a bad time at the awards banquet, I'm sure La' made up for it ( you guys that went know what I mean ).
By the way, La' is ranked one of the best night clubs to party at in the United States of America.......period.
I live 35 minutes from the place......  ;)
