If anybody is looking for a VERY good home gym, I have one that I could part with...

Body Solid G3S.  Bought new 2 years ago.  Used for about a year and it's been fairly idle since.  Now that I have the elliptical I'm pretty well set and don't have the time to add the gym to my routine.

Jeff, what are the dimensions on this gym? I have limited space, and have found one that will fit, but this looks pretty decent if it's not too big. Also, how much?

Floor Space Dimensions: 83"L x 55"W x 831/2"H (210cm x 139cm x 212cm)

Live Working Area: 104"L x 73"W x 831/2"H (264cm x 185cm x 212cm)

Have to check with the wife to make sure she's cool with it going.  I paid like $1100 for it.  Would like to get $750 out of it.

When we bought this we looked at the bowflex, etc, and settled on this one due to the ease of switching between exercises.  It's much quicker than the bowflex, and the motion felt a lot better to me.

It's 7 feet high and 7 feet long static? I think it's too big to fit in my space. We're putting it in the spare room and we already have a bench and weights in there. Oh well.

The problem is that when I'm sewing, I'm sitting in a chair,
and when I talking to peeps on the phone, I'm sitting in a chair,
and when I'm at the computer, I'm sitting in a chair.

See the pattern? Now if I were dancing or kickboxing or playing twister when I was doing all of these work related things, I'd not have a problem.

My mom had one of those pedal wheels that she used when she sat in a chair.
Just a thought...

Heck, Just put everything up on a bench and get one of those stationary bikes, take the handle bars off, and work off that.
