I used to but after attending Super Dave's race school he taught me to place my feet that way for more feedback and it works.


I've dislocated both hips twice and bent my left knee 90 degrees sideways a couple times too and that form also helps out my knee's and hips from being twisted and kinked. Not as many aches and pains after a hard ridden session.

Huh, thats interesting. Ill have to try it, SD certainly knows more than me so your listening to the right guy. Ill have to try it sometime, my problem is i weight the pegs alot on my SV and i cant do it with any consistency unless im right on the balls of my feet. plus i have clown feet and my toes hit the ground if I dont have the balls of my feet on the pegs.
