Tstruyk,

Matt said his knee was very sore, but hopefully ok. He said he hit a fasle neutral entering 6 and went straight off into grass - apparently the bike and he tumbled together a bit, hence the sore knee.

I agree about the MCRA day at GIR - WAY too many guys falling down and getting hurt. Really dissappointing to see that many guys go down during the track day portion of the day...

Hope you get your bike fixed, quick, Dan.

I had you in sight and could gain on you in 6 a bit but them damn guys on 1000's kept holding me up ::)

On a new rear I think I could run close with you but I didn't have anything for you yesterday.

I got a hold of a buddy down in AR who races sv's and I got a new fairing stay, bodywork, triple clamps and maybe some fork tubes, so I should be ready to go for MAM

I think he said he clipped the curbing in the chicane stepping out the back end, started to come back in line about the time he hit the banking...
Yeah, I did that once.  I was right behind somebody and mis-judged where I thought the curbing was.  It was exactly like that.  Thanks for bringing back memories...

Gateway is dangerous, but I love it.
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"
