So what does it take to get a red flag?

So I looked it up in section 78.5 of the rule book and it states that for a red flag you must be struck by lightning and run over by pace car while racing in a hail storm.

I think they just forgot to bring the red flags....

I was a little surprised they didn't red flag the one race where Estok crashed on the first lap too.  Everyone made it by okay, but the bike was definitely on the track and someone had the potential of t-boning it.

Yeah, I barely made  it in between him, his bike and a bouncing transponder.  Plus the amout of mud on the track was interesting the next lap around, even when I knew it was there.
