Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "WOOOHOOO! What a freaken ride"

Well, there are two strip clubs just minutes up the road....
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

So for $80 I can get ass in my face for four songs, or 5 gallons of U4 and $5 change....

On the other hand if you can pull some girls out of there I'll be sure to have a pole installed in my RV by then.
I'll tell my wife it's for exercise.....

I think one's called Baby Dolls...not that I've gone there...

Baby Dolls has the best steak in town, according to some of the other local restaruant owners.  Wannamaker Rd is about 5 or so miles to the west of the track off I470, and it has a bunch of chain restaruants.

What are you looking to do?

I am just seeing what there is to do around there since we will be there for 3 or 4 days
should have some time between the solo challenge on Friday and the ASRA races on Sunday.
a good steak dinner and a cold beer would be fine

Chicago something, I don't remember the name, it good on Wannamaker.  Was another steak house out that way.  Again, Baby Dolls has a great steak dinner.  You'll pay a "gate fee" to get in......but you'll get that back with the scenery....or give more to the scenery.  There's some BBQ and stuff too.

If anyone is still looking for a hotel room near the track, I just canceled at the Super 8 Motel.  The address is 5922 SW Topeka Blvd., which is very close to the track.  Their number is 785-862-2222.   The room I cancelled has 2 queen beds, I believe.
