...and the world did not end. Huh.

Seriously, I've been working almost every single day since mid January, and the time not spent at the shop was spent doing laundry, grocery shopping and other assorted chores.  I was finally getting burnt, so I played hooky all day. I'm back now, but with a new resolve to take some time for myself more often. You guys need to help by keeping the rubber side down, though.

Thanks everyone, for making us so successful, I'll try not to let it turn me mental!

Not everyone's, everyone and their brother!  (Including yours, Jon)

thanks Dave. Felt good to chill for a day. Now, can someone explain this 'vacation' concept to me?

Vacations...I remember those.

Those are what happened when we piled five kids, two parents and a Grandpap in a baby blue 60's Rambler station wagon and camped our way to California and back.  That was the trip where:

1. The brakes went out coming down from Pikes Peak,
2. We got rear ended by a big ol' finned white Cadillac in Colorado, we pushed the Rambler rear fenders back in and drove on, with my sister crying and my other sister yelling at me, "Donnie!, Stop saying that was cool! We could have been killed!"
3. An angry bear and racoon got into a roaring, screaming fur flying fight over food right outside our tent in the middle of the night,
4. I watched (from my assigned spot in the rear facing shotgun seat in the "wayback", since apparently I was the only one who could ride backwards and not puke) as a guy half on/half off a motorcycle slammed into the car right next to us at the light,
5. Brought back a horned toad lizard all the way from Arizona because my Mom wouldn't let me bring back a snake.  Lost it twice on the way back (my Mom was no fool), but found it under the seat...and,
6. Finally arrived home to find our house had been robbed while we were gone.  Apparently they used to announce people's vacations in the little town newspaper back then.  ::)

Ahhh, vacations...I remember those...
