Pirelli Release Form ???

Need a refresher,  cause I can't remember what to do about the Release Form that Pirelli requires you to turn in.  Do you fill it out and turn it in at tech, registration or send it to Pirelli?

Didn't get to race any last year cause of an injury, so its been a while.

Pirelli has not provided me with a annual release form to get signed by riders.
Per the information I have registration at their website is wha tis required in addtion to Cont. tech. requirements.

No but there is a form to be turned in I have just recently gotten my hands on the 2007 version and should be in all the tech booxes from this date forward.  This form is a generic form and indicates that it is to be turned in every race weekend but with the form that CCS uses Michlein only needs that information once per season to get you into their system.
