Well, looks like this year not only marks the first time I will miss a motorcycle race at RA but also the Red Flag Fund auction.

I will be much farther upstate (Eagle River) on the RA CCS/ASRA/Moto-ST weekend in July.

That's the problem with having to get vacation picks in at work before Jan. 1. The CCS schedule is never out that early.

love the area. I used to go to St. Germain back in the '70s and early '80s a couple times each year.  I love the north woods and lakes.

I'm there right now.  I get time with the family now 'cause I'll be gone from after this through October.  I suppose, being around me for a week is more than enough anyway...LOL!

Hey, I like anywhere away from Milwaukee.............Sun, sand, oceans, lakes, mountains, woods, it's all good.

But, I hate to miss a race at RA. I've been to every m/c race at RA for 26 years and now I have to miss one. That's just wrong!

Maybe I'll take an extra vacation day on that Friday and head up to RA since we're not leaving for Eagle River until Sat. morning. That would keep my record intact............................

There's a chance there may be some RFF activities on Friday night too...  Still all hush-hush on that one though until we get more meat to the details...
