pirelli contingency, new website not working right

This new website SUX!!!
I can't change my password
I can't save my results
And the status for my payout is "Waiting", this is for the Daytona event btw...

I closed the window and logged back in again,
I had to re-enter my correct address info and gender too...
And I had to re-search my race and claim the award again.
Although I clicked on save, it wasn't saved after closing window and logging in again...

Anyone else having the same problems?

At least you could save your address my city and zip aren't available in their database.  Still working with them to correct.

Same problems.  Luckily my old address is my brother in laws and sisters house.  My results say waiting also from VIR.  No Pirelli rewards cards will be issued until April 30th according to their website.  I am guessing the waiting will change once the race org gets results to Pirelli.  It is a wierd site though, cant believe they are having all these problems...

The new Pirelli site appears to be working for me. My contingency due from Daytona is in the "waiting" mode. Just waiting on CCS to provide official results, it seems.

FYI all results has been sent for all races but the Firebird round that occured this last week with the exception of Suzuki still waiting on details of their program for this year.
Information was sent for all events within 10 days of the event so far this year with the exception of the last two Firebird rounds.

oh as another FYI I already have a call into them as to how/when or what needs to be done by us riders etc to help things along.

I did talk with Pat but we added a class he told me they were going to be paying in it but don't know what the payouts are(we have 5 different payout levels). Nor do I know the dates for races but was told some of the dates already happened.

Just wanted to let you know I logged on this morning and my city and zip now apprear so I was able to update my profile.

If you were having this problem, take a look and see if it's been resolved.
