Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I should look for a sub frame for a 03 gsxr 1000.

it's easier for sure to buy one, but if you can weld you would be money ahead to make your own if able. takes some time and it may not be right the first time, but it'll hold up better if you go down and cost less.
outside of that... what jeff said is about the best.
