So I'm torn between buying another SV or getting a 600.

I've had fun on the SV the last two years, but last year there were no grids in the GP region.  The most I ever saw in LWSS on a combined GP/MW event was four.  In the GP region there were never more than three, and that was only at one event. For LWSB and LWGP we never had more than seven on the grid in the GP region.

So....anybody going to be racing SVs this year?  I'd love to stay in the class, but I'll have to buy a 600 and get my ass handed to me if nobody is going to race lightweights any more.

I'll be there on my stock ass SV running SS, SB, GP and maybe a fouth class.

I heard there will be some pretty fancy Superbikes this year with Chris, Anthony, and Rebecca.  Kevin acted like he may do 4 or 5 rounds as well.  I don't remember the guys name, but there is a really fast guy that didn't race last year who is making a comeback this year, and I think I heard he rides a Buell.

Anyway, I think there is a good chance for at least 8-10 Expert LW bikes in GP which is pretty much what they had in Expert MW last year.  At the combined events, it should be even better.

I'll be running the MW events in LWSB, LWGP, Thunderbike and GT Lights as an expert on my Ducati 1000SS.  My first year with white plates.

I thought that in the MW we had decent grids last year, they were not huge but probably was running 12 - 15 racers per event at most of them.  I guess a few of the wet races had less than that, I guess that some people just don't like playing in the rain...

Rich, if you get the 600 you won't have to worry about getting beat by a girl. J/K

I gotta do a little picking since you won't let me on the KCSB forum. :finger:
