When stupid meets ice or My shop was hit by a car!

I guess it's that time of year.  Here's the call I took at work (Im' a 911 dispatcher) yesterday from my fire fighters at station 19 in oshkosh... 



Car made it completely through the brick building, and rested in the fire fighter's lounge area which they had just been sitting about 10 minutes before.

And this is about 3 weeks after we just had a car go through a window at Mr. Cinder's in Oshkosh, landing inside the dinning room which was full of people.  Thankfully no one was hurt then either.  I'll see if I can drum up a photo of that one too.

Yeah, if they would have done that, I would have been sleeping at the shop until workers got there Monday to fix it.

As promised here is a photo from a car crashing into Mr. Cinders.  Alexa, glad everything will be ok!  I hate people that don't own up to their own mistakes though.  Thats assuming the guy that hit your building was no where to be found.

They got the dudes info, so the building owner's insurance can handle it.

Cool thing that came of it was when the owner came to check out the damage, he was very impressed with what we've done to the interior. The place was a bit dumpy when we moved in, and now it's almost chic. If need to stay another year, i have a feeling I've just gotten a bit of bargaining power.

My former neighbor let me drive his BMW M series. SWEET! Hey, if I can't go out and buy all the cool cars, the least my buds can do is let me drive theirs!
