For the people located near Chicago, check out indoor mx in Waterman www.wirmx.com  It's a great workout and a great way to stay in shape.  The track never gives you a chance to take a break.  If you suffer from are pump this will take care of it.  They are open during the week and weekends.

Quit smoking, try not to pick up anything too heavy at work, Diet Rite, Tourist Trophy....

So what you're saying Chris is I shouldn't have gone toe to toe with that 747? And you couldn't have shared this about 2 weeks earlier?

I also know a good arm workout, especially if you are ambidextrous.  :jerkoff:

If you're doing it enough for it to be considered training, you may have a problem.....at least thats what my friends told me at the intervention

Alexa,

You forgot dangling your wife off an ice cliff to curb your panic mode.

(For the record, Stumpy will vote cycling hands down!!! I'm a spinning maniac now, too, though.)

OK, my training technique is not on the list so here my write-in, attempting to fly after your coworkers push your ladder out from under you. Either it works and nothing on the official list can touch it or you don't need to worry about being in shape next season. :kicknuts:

oh yeah. i bet between wetting your self, shitting you pants, and the blood loss, you can shed 4 or 5 pounds in well under a minute.

Actually I think think the figure was somewhere under 13 seconds all hearsy as I blacked out 5 feet before hitting the floor,  Imagine that, I can pul 1 G on the brakes into turn 1 get some nice wheel hop as I turn  in and  a 15 foot fall from a ladder causes enough terror to cause me to blackut.
