Transponder/lap timer

That's kinda what I figured.  I'm sure it's the same with the other stuff or it would probably be available.  Would be great if it worked though! LOL.

What would be ideal would be for the transponder company to make a small loop which could be placed at track exit which had a LIGHT that was placed say, 50' up.  If a trailer crossed the line with a transponder in it, the light comes on! 

I just don't know how possible that would be with trailers though...

Great idea, bet one of the electrical gurus that race could come up with something.  All you need is a transponder to trip the circuit, only problem might be the signal strength from inside a trailer.
