Could I run a 699 cc (was a 748) Ducati in LWT?

What about running this 'contraption' in other lightweight classes?  Supertwins would be a given, but what other classes could Benn-Jammin run this bike in and be competitive?

Thats just off the top of my head without reading the rulebook of the classes that bikes eligible for. Being it having a modified engine, no supersport classes and being a 748 (no matter the cc's they demilled it to), its not a lightwight.

We did a bit of haggling and some parts swapping, but the cash part stayed under 6k.
