If i get some then what ?

Do they have to use a generator ?
Does anyone run them off a car batt, or would that kill it too fast ?

Do the Mid-west tracks have electricity to plug in ?

I just bought Tire Bakers (used them 2 weeks ago and they worked great) I bummed power off of Brian Bakers big generator. Most guys use a generator, and I was told it takes about 750 watts per set.I'm not sure about the power hook-up though.

Most tracks have power outlets(most charge to use them $10-15), that would be the cheapest way to go.  It's always nice to have a generator since some tracks have problems with circuit breakers tripping.  I don't know anyone who uses an inverter with their car battery.

Blackhawk and St Louis have reliable electricity.

I have had problems with the outlets at Road America. There is also a fairly limited number of them.

Last year, Mid America had no outlets.

Gingerman ?

Most warmers use 1000 Watts or less. Buy a generator that can produce enough continuous power. Many generators list the surge wattage in large print and the continuous output in smaller print. I use a 2400 Watt generator.
