I think it is for if you stay all night (camp). It has nothing to do with trackaddic, It is gateway charging us. Theres always a charge for something.

Totally bogus!  I was just going to drop my trailer on Friday night... if they don't charge it on Saturday, I may just wait till then to bring it in... yes, I am a cheap bastard!

Becka I had my Hallett gearing there last weekend and was just BARELY off....I was just barely out of gear on the front straight, really strange because Hallett appears to have a longer straight.

I'd drop one of two teeth on the rear from your Hallett gearing and you should be fine.

Wave to Spooner as you pass him, would ya?

I'll be there running EX UNL and GTO classes.
Anyone have an idea of what the winning EX UNL guys are running at gateway for laptimes?

Not that I'm gonna be any where near competitive yet, just trying to figure out how many times I'll be lapped in a sprint race.

Thank weekend is a pretty big weekend for Gateway.  They have the Supercars event that day and Midnight Madness that night.
Does the $20 dollars cover access to the Midnight Madness Event, which would (well maybe) make sense to me.  It have typically been a crazy event.

Oh yeah, I will be there.

More info-

No move in fee on Saturday morning, Gateway charges $20 for early move-in on Friday as the track is not officially TrackAddix/CCS until Saturday. Gates open at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday. Early move in is available starting at 6:00 p.m. Friday. Gateway strongly recommends move-in before 8:00, otherwise you will have to deal with the large traffic/crowds for the Midnight Madness event. The gates are open all night I believe. You will have to pay Gateway another $10 if you want to spectate Midnight Madness, or $20 to drag or drift, runs til 3:00 a.m.

Timmay, drag & drift that R6. There's even a mechanical bull for Cowboy!

considering dropping trailer and bike after a few passes on the dragstrip, launch is critical at GIR as passing zones are at a premium... midnight madness is a BLAST!!!!

Is it just me or did they extend pit wall a little towards turn 1?
