It doesn't appear we can pre enter for the ROC online.  Is this in fact the case?

No you cannot use the on-line pre-entry for the Daytona Race of Champions.

There is a special ROC entry form that must be used - mailed in or faxed only.  (It's been that way for years.)  You can get it from the ROC Mailer from the CCS website.
