Big thanks to the folks at Barber for letting us in to vend - even though Sunoco is the in-house fuel at Barber.  They let us do promo work, advertise, and even interviews with the PA announcer.

As a VP distributor, this was my biggest sales weekend ever.  I don't usually cover road races though. I'm usually doing motocross events.  You roadies definitely love your fuel.

I have to say, Barber Motorsports Park is the nicest racing facility I have ever been to.  If you have never been, it is like a country club/golf course with the nicest of everything, and then there's a fine road course thrown into the middle of it.

Seriously, plush lawns, beautifully landscaped, there must be at least 300 acres of sod and shrubbery in that place.  Nicest RV hookups, The finest bath house, finest administrative offices, No grandstands though???  I wondered about that.  The spectators have to just stand up when they are on the top level of that area.  Would be nice to be able to sit down and still see the track.

Other than that, I can't think of a single thing wrong with that facility.  It is simply amazing.

Anyway, thanks again for having us in.  We hope to come to more CCS races this year.  It was definintely worth our while.

Do you have VP vendors at all of your CCS races?
