Hey Everyone,

Please check out our website www.safetyfirstracing.com and give us your feedback on it....I'm going to make a few more minor changes and wanted to get feedback.

Also...every $20 spent on the website enters you a chance to win a trip to the last MotoGP in Spain and hang out in the Suzuki garage with Vermulean and Hopper.

Thanks,
Kevin

Very cool. Easy to navigate, which is a HUGE plus. I think the guys will like the Saftey First clothing model.

Congrats, it looks pretty sweet.

Do or do not, there is no "try".

A couple of things for consistency:
You should make sure that everything that is underlined is clickable.  The "Racing" section appears to be a hyperlink, when in looks like a section.  Perhaps you missed a link there.  Otherwise, I would remove the link.  Also, onmouseover of a navigation section link, the link goes away at the same time it turns to red.  I would tend to stay away from red since it is a big thing with Section 508 compliancy (color blind people can't see this stuff).

One other thing that would be cool is to have the top left graphic actually carry down into the menu instead of chopping off the image.

Lastly, the big red bordered area is trying to fit content to a page, but because the footer is a bit long, scrolls off the page on my screen.  Since web pages are supposed to scroll, I would remove the red border and have the white / red line from the header fall downwards separating the navigation section from the content section.  Then you wouldn't have to worry about internal scrollbars.

Hope this helps,
Brent

I must be very stupid...  can you tell me where to see the shopping cart after I added stuff to it?  I hit the "add to cart" button after I found what I wanted, and then it took me back to the screen listing all the goodies for sale.  I can't see how to go to the cart to finish my transaction, so I can hurry up and receive my new thong.

I second all of the above...

  • Fix or de-underline the 'Racing' text in the L. nav.
  • Change the link mouse-overs to blue instead of red.
  • Make the masthead graphic into a background graphic and let it bleed down further into the page, with it fading off.
  • Ditch the iframes and red boxed section.  Load the pages' content into their own pages, and use a red vertical line to separate the L. nav from the content area.
  • Make a link to your shopping cart in the left nav, or top, or somewhere... b/c there's no way to get to it unless you add something to your cart.

Today, I get in quick.

But I can seldom use "back " in my browser.

On the schedule page, when I go to photos, some go to the event photos, some go to the photo main page.

The only thing I see wrong is that it's not advertised here! LOL...
