I have a 02 600 with 750 front end. With a penske triple rear. All i do is track days right now and it run the michelin pilot powers My question it how much of the fork should be sticking out of the top triple clamp. My second question is what is the best measurement for the penske. eye to eye.

If noone answers this(theyre great questions that show an inquiring mind wants to know the important handling info at least to get ballparked ) but i finally decided to look up a big rep shop within my driving mileage wishes and found an ally that i feel i can count on down the road! Also found that taking some trackdays and paying for the pro class that usually dials things in during the class- good luck whereveryou are - everyones'prolly out riding or racing NJ JOHN

I had an 01 GSXR 600 with a traxxion front end (10mm extension kit) and a penske tripple.  It's been a couple of years and I didn't save notes, but I think it was 336 for the rear and 13mm showing in the front.  If you have clearance issues raise accordingly.

I struggled on that bike for a long time with suspension.  I'm a little guy 150lbs and I couldn't get the bike to turn, especially in chicanes.  When I went to Barber, Max McCallister spent a ton of time helping me and those were the #'s I was happy with.

Good luck!!
