Anyone know some options here? TIA NJ JOHN

depends on what you are asking. If you are asking to buy some then I cant help you, I am very happy with my superbike wheels. But as far as options go, they can be potentially unlimited. (especially if you have a good relationship with a machinist) It seems the most common wheel you find is the F3 wheel, which can be istalled by simply buying the bearing/spacer kit from twin works factory. But again, with a machinist and come time spent with a caliper you could fit a 5.5 gsxr wheel in there if you want. AS for me, my bike has a ZX6r swingarm that was cut and refabricated to fit the side mount sv shock linkage, then we shoved a marchesini forged five spoke in there at 5.5 to enable us to run the 180s.

Thanks so far ben for response-I have a Gsxr front setup, but what appears to be a sv front rim-Does anyone make a med priced set(compared to Marchesini) maybe  an aluminum for sv w/out some machining? Like the honda rim possibility i want to reduce weight somewhat substantially if i can-i prolly should have posted this in WANTED section, thanks for immediate response :thumb:NJ JOHN

Depending on what year gsxr front end you have, you most likely do not have a sv front wheel, different rotors, dished vs. flat wich means different width hubs as well as different diameter rotors. Since you have a gsxr front wheel you should have better luck finding a used front superbike wheel, as far as the rear goes, im not really sure what will be in the middle, I know marchesini and other manufacturers like them make al. wheels, but there are so few out there for the sv it is hard to find them used. haha or maybe talk to Guy Bartz for some tips on drilling holes in your wheels to make them lighter, haha, if its metal or carbon, he knows how to put a whole in it, heck i heard he was going to start drilling wholes in his tires, got to get rid of that unsprung mass. aside from that im not sure, I have a spare marchesini front wheel for a srad front end (im sure it fits other year front ends with spacers or rotors) but im not so sure i would like to sell it, but ill check into it.
