I'm doing great...

I should start physical theropy this week.

This last weekend, I spent alittle time out on the track.
Got the bike and brain upto about 80%.
So I should be good to good for Augusts BHF races.

I am schedueled for vacation that week but my other problem is that I started a new position at work and there is absolutley NO ONE that can cover me while I am on vacation. Which really sucks because I have to be there unless I am dead or dieing! Man it sucks to be so important! LOL! (yea... right!)

Now how hard is it to find someone to sleep at the desk?

On a side note, you should see the pretty purple bruse I gave myself at BFR this past weekend. It goes from my pecker to my tailbone. Its lovley.... I still have no feeling in my hip but I think when the swelling goes down it will regain the feeling again.
