VIR *important* Information - June 24-25

There are a few things I'd like to point out before the VIR weekend June 24-25 ..

Gate Fees must be paid in cash (no checks or cards).  $25 (weekend) and $20 (Sunday only).  We'll begin armband sales at the gate at approx. 3:30pm on Thursday afternoon.  Be aware, however, that if the track is rented on Thursday, you may need to wait until 5pm to get inside.

Cornerspeed School Students will get a complete refund for their armband if they vacate the track before 7:30pm on Friday night.

There will be an "early registration" on Friday afternoon/evening for 2 hours only.
Location:  Upstairs in Scoring (2nd floor of the Tower)
Target Time:  4pm - 6pm  (This is subject to change depending upon the arrival of my workers.  Listen to the PA announcements.)

The first hour will be for Team Owners & Pre-Entered riders only (Team Owners will be allowed to move to the front of the line).  We'll begin taking Post-Entries during the 2nd hour (approx. 5pm if all goes as planned).

On Sat. morning, Registration will move to its normal location (downstairs classroom) for the remainder of the weekend.  Refer to the schedule for times (we usually open at 7am Sat. & Sun. mornings). This room will also house official CCS merchandise for sale, the Wegman Fund Silent Auction and donation collection.

One last thing .. the schedule posted on CCS' website is tentative.  The "official" schedule will be available at the track.  All riders should attend all Riders Meetings to learn about any changes to the "official" schedule.
