FL region, Henry allows wheelies ONLY to the race winners (pretty sure expert classes). Good rule, and for sure is a crowd pleaser but for the mid pack/backmarkers to delay the start of another race by doing them is silly, and dangerous. I wish i knew how to wheelie...

That`s a great idea. Only expert race winner wheelies. No burnouts (so the track surface isn`t an issue)  I know the fans would love it. If you went so far as to designate a certain area of the track(maybe picked out for good run off to minimize time delays in case of boo boos) I bet the fans would line up!
