EEEEEEK!  Third-world poser leathers for the street crowd!  I started to bleed just looking at them.  And that armor is two layers of foam with no plastic shell to spread the load of impact.
Not bad protection for a pillow fight....

K3... respectfully, stick to what you know. 

For the $300 asking price, these aren't too bad. The armor is low tech, but it's also still used in some more commonly known brands. My concern on these is the weight of the leather, it's is a bit thin comparatively. These will do their job at least once, and then require regular repair. The only visible constuction flaw is one set of top stitched seams, the other seams appear to be all acceptable. The other saving grace on these is the larger panels of leather, as opposed to small bits stitched together just for "style". Large panels mean integrity. The model is wearing at least one size too small, and the little booty shot is very cheesey, so I can see how you would be thrown off.

I know they're not incredibly popular with the racing crowd, but I swear by AGVsport. My first suit was a second hand AGV that had already seen better days. I crashed my ass off in that suit more than I care to admit, and it never failed. So I bought my second suit, AGV Podium (retails for like $1000) and crash tested it at RA. Same result, I highsided exiting canada corner and the bike landed on me. I slid down the center of the track for some distance while pinned under my bike and the leathers held up. No injuries besides a broken pinky toe.
I think you can buy their middle of the road suits for around $500.
