In my e-mail (don't know about anyone else), they send their spam via a personal name to get in my inbox now, how do you stop that?

Easiest way is to use a filter to block the addy. Usually if you use the wildcard sign * before the @whatevertheiremail.com your emails filter will just automatically block it.

And as for the email you posted, well I think everyone has got one of those at one time.

Spam is one reason I use free accounts for messageboards and my ISP ones for family and friends only.
