What do you SV guys run for gearing at MAM?  I have a first gen, stock motor.  I ran it for the CRA weekend last year and was doing 1:43's-whats fast up there?  I won't have a ton of time to mess with gearing up there so I thought I would check with the guys on here to get a head start.

Thanks!

I know Ed Key and a couple of other guys have done 38's. 39's seems to be what I remember as race pace. Not sure what the amateur pace will be this year.

For some reason 15-45 comes to mind regarding gearing.

Don't give up on your dreams! If an illiterate like K3 can write a book, imagine what you can do!

Yeah, I was on tires that already had 3 hours of an endurance race on them, plus two trackdays so I hope I can drop a couple seconds on fresh tires lol!

I asked another guy and he was thinking 16-48 so that sounds like the ballpark on gearing.

You'd think by know you would know what fast at MAM!  Just ask Rich what he runs and subtract about 3.5/4 seconds!  :ass:
