Does anyone know if there is a company or companies that make aftermarket tacs for sporbikes or more specifically a 04 r1.  Mine got busted up at Blackhawk

Thanks

michron makes some bad ass guage clusters and they arent way outrageous.  They include a lap timer I believe.  The systems start at $650  http://www.aimsports.com/products/moto-pnp/index.html

Those are definatly very cool!!!   I was actually looking for something that cost less than my stock speedo

Thanks though

Jeff

try to get a set of gauges off ebay... that's probably the easiest.

Tach's are god awful expensive.

SPa makes a full line of tachs from $300 and up.  They translate well to bikes and you can get them with water temp, oil temp or just about any other dashboard function.  As good as the R1 instrument cluster is though, I just go with OEM.  Not to mention if you ever get a kit ECU, you can do a lot of secret tuning via the OEM cluster ;)

I have a spare tach off my 04 R1 that I had used when I raced my R1 last year...

E-Mail me at msimone@technicore.com if you want to buy it...  8)
