How long to get License

I sent my license app in almost 3 weeks ago and havent recieved anything yet.  I am just wondering how long it usualy takes to get your license?  I checked my bank statement and the check was cashed.  So just wondering.  Thanks

Roughly every two weeks(depends on my travel schedule) I send a list to be printed to the printer turn around is about a week then i get them mailed out(again depending on my travel schedule). so depending on when you send in for a license it can be almost a month with mail. 

FYI last batch was sent out on Wed, are you the racer from Hawaii? if so I saw yours go out.
