Some more dumb newbie questions

Signing up at the track for license and races... Credit card OK, or is cash or check required?

How long does registration & tech usually take, long lines or is it usually pretty quick? Sorta concerned about missing practice.

How long do the practice sessions last?

How will I know where to grid up, are the grid positions marked with the number or something or do I like need to count the people ahead of me?

Hmmm... can't think of anything else at the moment, there's a couple other races that come up before mine that I can check out to figure out the procedures.

Oh yeah, and do we get those provisional newbie shirts like I've heard WERA uses, or no?

Are number stickers available for sale at the track, or is black electrical tape the answer since I don't know what number I'll be getting yet?

 Cash, cash, cash. JK CC is fine. Numbers are in the store if you need them. All your other questions are non-issues answered at the track. You'll be fine. Relax. ;)

Much of your questions will be addressed in the licensing clinic.

Numbers are available at the track by a couple of the vendors.

Biggest concern you should have right now is the bike works and being on time for the school. (My bike died before my first school practice session).
