who's headed up for the test and tune Friday May 5th at Blackhawk?

is there a tech requirement to run on Friday, or is it only Saturday morning before racing starts? I'm asking because its unlikely my bike will be completely race-prepped by the practice day, but should be done by Saturday.

thx

Protein Filled

There is no tech on Friday practice.

Don't give up on your dreams! If an illiterate like K3 can write a book, imagine what you can do!

great, thanks Numbskullz!  Now i can focus on getting all the other stuff in order to get there on Friday instead of wondering if i'll just get there and be told not to run!  :'(

You can register online at http://www.blackhawkfarms.com also for the friday practice day.  Looks like it is $80 for this year.  Online registration is a little less expensive than the over the counter rate, as I understand it.

Hey Dora, I did not realize you were racing yet. Good luck!  ;)

Woohoo! Good luck Dora, too bad you could run RA, but it will be good to see you at BFR!

Do or do not, there is no "try".

Dora. Is someone bringing you the stuff you need for the bellypan srcaping problem?  I'll have plenty of tools and stuff if you need a hand with anything.

i plan on registering online next week - thanks Dave for the tip!

mike! is that you? - all the way from FL?  had a ball with you at jennings!  this will be my first race weekend  ;D  but its pending how i feel and how the bike does during practice.

hey alexa - great to see you at RA.  hope Rhiannon's knee gets better soon - and really glad it wasnt worse!  can you squeeze in an alteration on a bridesmaid dress?  i need it back by may 15.  can i bring it to blackhawk???

as far as the bellypan goes, coolice took it home with him from RA, and he's going to fab up some bracketry and bushings like the ones he made for paul james' bike - hopefully it works.  i also really need to work on hanging off the bike more, because there's no more room to lean it!

see you all soon,
D

Good luck DJ!  Thanks for the pics, we'll be at jennings those days.  Hopefully we will be on the RR for the next one

Anyone know what time the gates will open on Thursday so we can set up and camp?
