This past weekend was my first weekend with ccs and i have to say that it went very well.  Met a lot great people and had a lot of fun.  After this past weekend i think i will be doing more ccs weekends than anything else now.  Thanks again, hope to see some of you at jennings in a few weeks.

Welcome to the group Ben.  :)  I think both organizations are a family in and of their own.  I started w/CCS and will stick with them though.  I like it even more now that Kevin owns it and those morons at Clear Channel don't.

Oh, and a HUGE HUGE thumbs up to Eric.  The points are ALREADY updated!!!!  It took a good month in past years to get points updated.   >:(

I was impressed with CCS this weekend, the event went well and the only problem was the low turnout.  I love the track (except that armco on the exit of 3  :o ) and the people were more Jennings than Roebling if you know what I mean.  Hopefully I can get healthy and hang with the lead pack next time.

Big ups to that AM kid, Wilkey too.  Dude was flying and spent most of the day coming from the second wave to battle for the overall win.

It was a pretty good weekend (aside from my dirt surfing :o) and nice to meet everyone in our pit area.

I hope that shift rod stays on next time Larry!  ;D

It's always good to have new folks join CCS. I hope to see you out there at other tracks. I enjoyed working turn 3 it gave me a good vantage point. Luckily nothing much went on there except for #106 on the next to last race Sunday. All in all despite the low turn out it was nice to get back to CMP. Hopefully CCS will schedule an event next year and more will show. Some is better than none. It was a long winter and boy did it feel like summer there. 8)

Yeah, I was wondering what happened to 106.  He was in my race.  Sucks there were only a whopping 4 people that gridded up.  6 were supposed to be out there...still not enough for tire money, but would have made it more fun!

#6
He did a low side slide :o He said he got on the throttle to hard too fast. Both him and his bike slid right and into those deep ribs on the side. His bike shot straight up about 10'. The rear end took the brunt of the accident. Hopefully he will be able to piece it back together and be at the next event. I was impresssed with a lot of the racing that went on even though there were only a few. Don't worry come VIR there will be about 50+ bikes on the grid for races. Enjoy the light trafic while you can. 8)
