1st Gen SV650 Belly Pan

Trying to do some research on belly pans for first gen SVs that fall in CCS guidelines.  I know there are a ton out there, but I want to make sure I get one that will pass tech (who knows when I will actually start racing).  Do most / all belly pans require an additional mounting bracket?  Which one adds the most hp and improves handling?   ;D
