Clearly a repeat offender who will never abide any sentence. Seems like most of these types of accidents involving alchol or drugs can be traced to a driver with multiple convictions for DUI and or suspended or revoked licenses. Since these previous convictions had no effect, not to mention the conditions of bail for this offense, this person should be locked up forever. The next time this man is free someone else will die.

8-16 yrs? Thats a freaking joke. People under the influence who kill someone with a car/truck/semi should be convicted of at least 2nd deg homicide. >:( That a-hat should be spending a min of 30-50yrs.
