i really wanna get this new bike, but it has no headlight, brake light or turn signals....or mirrors...i dont think i need them in florida......can i make this thing street legal

Uh, they make these things called wrenches?  You use them to put the street stuff back on? ::)
I guess the most important thing you need is for the bike to have a clean title, and also to be a model that was street legal in the first place.  It would also be good to ask the current owner if he hacked up the wiring harness.  Many racers remove unnecessary wires from the harness like headlights and turn signals.  Then ask If the guy has any of the street stuff he took off in the first place.
But I have to ask.  If you aren't mechanicly savvy enough to already know the answer to your own question, wouldn't it be easier (and in the long run cheaper) for you to just go buy a bike that's already street legal?
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

You say it's new.

What bike is it?

Based upon your question and the number of times you have asked, you would be better off buying a street bike not converting a race bike back into a street bike.

haha....ok. to the first guy....you cant just put stuff on the bike if theres no place for it. I need a hole cut out for a headlight....and turn signals put in.....more drilling.....i guess since it alread has a tach and spedometer it has a power suply of some sort already.......i appreciate all the help, but i already found a place that can do it.

yeah. i was thinking the same thing. cuz i found so many hot sv race bikes. but i dont feel comfortable racing without street experiance. i want to covert it to a street bike for a while then back to a track bike.
