It's not too late to return your '06 R6

I don't think with the stock engine management that everything has, power bands aren't so problematic even with EPA mandates.

All the previous R6's had high redlines, but the high redline is usable for over rev.  This one has more over rev, and makes a little more HP than the previous ones.  

Bike to beat?  Don't know, but some of the riders to beat will have them.
