I think Roebling has a better layout for bikes than all of the tracks you listed.  It seems that with every new track design the designers take out the wicked fast corners (like T9 at RRR) and replace them with Mickey Mouse stuff.  I don't mean that to put down Jennings because it is an excellent facility, especially since they built it just for motorcycles.  The problem is with lawyers and idiots who sue tracks.  Now they don't design them for character, they design them for not getting sued.  Personally, I'd pay a lot more for a track that used long gravel traps as opposed to designing a course to limit the distance you travel off track when you crash.  Yes, the latter is cheaper at the onset, but in time the former will end up being a "legend".
