Has anyone ever purchased from 2wheelconcepts on ebay OR does anyone know who he is?

I won a bid for a water pump.  Its been 8 days since the close of the auction and I still have not heard from him.  I paid through PayPal the same day I won the auction.

Anyone know this guy??

1.  Threaten to leave neg. feedback, and contacting paypal and ebay.
2.  If no responce contact Paypal and ebay.
Paypal will refund you money if he/she does not comply or resolve the issue.

This will get alot of them moving.  Even if they blow you off you'll get your money back.

Funny enough - I just did exactly that and he replied right away - claiming it was shipped already.  So I asked him for a track # and about 10 min later i got an email from paypal shipping.  The tracking # is brand new and the post office doesnt even show it as active yet.  Looks like my threats got him off his butt.

Keep an eye on it. I've had a shipping label created, but not shipped. Doesn't mean squat until tracking shows it's moved.

I bought a fairing on Ebay on Jan 6th from a diff user, and he just created the shipping label on the 18th. Still has not actually shipped, though.  >:( I'll be sending threats and such along tomorrow.
