anything with a 4 in it keeps me happy, i don't know why, i have been lucky enough to win 4th over all 3 times in ccs and twice in fusa, other than that i have been 440 441 14 twice, 414 and 141
i was once 3rd overall, and there was a recount at the banquet, moving everyone down 1 number, i was the only happy one.

Vic's number (469) came from something along time ago...  His brother on a friends beeper was 269 and since he is 2 years older he was always 469. Any sexual conotation is left up to your own imagination, but is not intentional (or so he says).  The race number that I want (492) comes from one of the very first times that I met his friends.  Some drunk guy kept calling his phone and talking about how he was going to "Put it in my butt 4-9-2"  I couldn't stop laughing at him, so I know that I will always have a good story behind mine.

My # comes from the family,  My dad had a '56 Chevy from the time he was 17, when we started racing carts in WKA, he took 56.  Soon the whole family was racing Mom was 56 in powder-puff, Bro 56 in Box-stock,  I had to take 56-2 my rookie year since bro had 56 in the same class. I got 56 when he moved up.

I started roadracing with 562, and changed to 56 the next year.  Just like being a kid again :P

My sister's birthday... 1/14.

She passed away from breast cancer and this is one way I honor her memory.

I like 101..even if i'm up-side-down, or going the wrong way on the track, it's still the same. ;D

That's the same reason Nicky Hayden said his dad gave for using 69 ;)

When I started I was # 60 AM.  I played football (real football not that foot fairy stuff) and everytime I looked at my bike, mentally it told me it was fat and slow like on O lineman.  O lineman that wear 60 are fat bastards and I could not get it out of my head, lol.  In Europe in the BMW Boxer Cup I was 29, thats what the Germans gave me so I didnt question them.  I was 12 in 2005 due to the one of the classiest and coolest raodracers you will veer meet, Troy Bayliss.  Each MotoGP round the BMW series was a support class, he never forgot my name or anyone in my crews name, class act.  In 2006 # 1 (MA & SE).

Without the support from Main Line BMW (Devon, PA), BMW NA, BMW AG, Suomy, Spiegler, Thermosman, RS-taichi, Team Pro Motion Sportbike Club, Pirelli, and Spectro Oils, I would have not been able to put the pleasingly plum BMW on top!

I chose my number when I was racing MX in high school.  It was the model number of my dad's airplane at the time, plus it was the rural fire number at my house 8)

333 WWW  EEE  MMM  333  WWW  EEE  MMM.... ::)
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"
