It's a bummer this was posted so late.  It kinda kills our chances to come out and say hi to you guys :-/

We'll still try to get reasonable plane tickets, but if we can't can I get our trophies mailed to us in Arizona?

This year's celebration will be at the Hilton in Columbia, MD on January 28th, 2006 starting at 6:00pm with Cocktail Hour (cash bar). Dinner will be served at 7:00pm with the Awards presentation starting at 8:00pm.

Dinner will be a Maryland Buffet with Soup De Jour, Fresh Garden Salad, Pasta Salad, Fresh Vegetables, Sliced Prime Rib of Beef, Chicken Parmesan, Broiled Mahi Mahi with Fresh Herbs in Lemon Butter Sauce and fresh baked dinner rolls. Dessert will be assorted Chief Select Cakes and Pies. Fresh Coffee and Iced Tea are included.

The cost per person is $40.00., which includes the Maryland Buffet plus taxes and tips for the service staff.

This event is by pre-registration only, and only those registered will be allowed to attend the Awards Presentations, so please get your reservation in by the January 24th cut-off.

Championship Cup Series has a block of rooms with the Hilton, but you must reserve them between January 10th and January 20th. They are $89.95 with a king sized bed or 2-full beds in each room and this rate is for up to two people in each room. You must mention you are with the CCS/ASRA block to get this rate; otherwise the regular rate of $129.95 will apply.

Went to reserve a room today and the hotel reservation desk didn't know anything about a block of rooms for CCS. What's up with that?
