You wanted to go Superbike...

Stock cams still come with the bike.  And an extra 10HP probably won't impact your lap time.  

Plus I hear that lap times are a matter of good suspension and setup more than old american drag racing HP.

That's wisdom.  Learning how to turn knobs, move forks, and adjust chains...well, that's still less expensive.  Good luck!

10HP makes a huge difference if your suspension is all dialed in and you are used to the bike. :)
