FI light if OEM dash not used how ?

Help dose any one have the details to use a led for the  ???
Have removed original dash and fitted a Veypor to my GSX1400 k5 and would like to use a led to show status of fuel system have sorted indicators oil light ect but would like some guidance on the wires for the FI system do I have to bridge the ECU to tell it no gauge or can I short some of the spare wires add diodes???
