Props to CCS

I got a call the other night from CCS...

I sent my renewal form in, but typo'd my CC # on the form. The lady (can't remember her name) called to get the correct # so she could process it, and I have already seen the charge come thru on my Debit Card...

Now before everyone spouts off and says "The only reason is becuase of money"  ::)

I want to give credit where credit is due...They processed my renewal in less than a week, and called to get the right number...

It's quite possible that in the old CCS they may have just disgarded the incorrect # and I could have been left out to dry...

Either way, everyone always hears the bad, and never the good, so hopefully this is a sign of things to come...
