This might be a dumb question.. but on the renewal form there's the "2005 CCS#" blank.. and then an amatuer and expert blank after that.. do they want you to check what you were in '05 or what you're applying for?

I didn't get a new package for my renewal yet.   Am I missing something?

How can I make sure I don't lose my number before the January cut-off?  I looked at the CCS site and can't find any 2006 renewal forms.

This is how I filled it out. Seemed pretty self explanatory to me but it looks like Kevin wants us to do different?
