Comp. License Renewal

It has been 1993 since I have carried a CCS Competition License.  Will this satisfy renewal requirements, or will I need to show proof of school?

If you have not raced with any org since 93 you would need to go to an approved school/clinic before a new license is issued. School certificates are good for one year from date of school.
