CCS has moved it's offices to Kevin Elliott's garage.



Perhaps, Kevin has worked out a program for a lease/buy?  

New name, ASBA, for a program.  Based on the concept of USGPRU?  

I do think CCE ties things up a bit with how they do business on such a corporate level.

Kevin IS interested in the sport as a whole, I believe.

But I can't say I know much more than anyone else.
