1. Smack the deer with your truck at 70 MPH.
2. Smear the deers guts onto the exhaust manifold.
3. Bake for 400 miles.
4. Enjoy! ;D

The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

Not to be TOO Yooperish...My stepfather just shot (bow, of course) a big 'ol 8 point buck last night at our new hunting camp so we're pretty excited.  Greg also shot the biggest partridge I've ever seen there last weekend.  That place is just wild.  So far we've seen tons of deer, partridge, coyotes, wolf (?) and a large strange bird running down the road that was not a pheasant or a partridge.  We think it's a new species.

Anyway, my (only) venison recipe...It's a crowd pleaser.  You can make this in any amount.

Cubed venison
One bottle of worsterchire (sp?) sauce
One bottle of soy sauce
Bacon

Dump the two bottles of sauce in a large bowl and add venison to marinade overnight.

The next day, remove chunks from marinade and wrap with bacon and stick with a toothpick. Place them on a broiler-safe pan.

Broil until done and serve immediately.

It would probably be just as good with ham as bacon to lean it up a bit.

Everyone keep us in your thoughts starting November 15 as Stumpy's got buck fever now.  Who knew so much joy could come out of a bait pile!
